At DLX Timepieces, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll help customers discover the perfect luxury timepiece while representing a brand committed to excellence and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

Engage with high-net-worth clients buying, selling, and trading luxury timepieces
Build relationships and close deals on watches ranging from $2,000 to $50,000+
Work remotely with flexibility—manage your own schedule and pipeline
Represent premium brands including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Tudor, Omega, and Cartier
Grow with a company that values performance, hustle, and results

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based commission role. Compensation is directly tied to sales results, offering significant upside for top performers. Successful representatives in this position consistently exceed earnings available in traditional retail environments.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with affluent clients
Hunger to succeed and willingness to work on commission
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Sales experience preferred but not required—we value drive over resumé
Passion for luxury goods, watches, or high-end retail is a plus
Strong phone presence and ability to respond promptly to client inquiries, including evenings and weekends when needed.
